The Inbound Inventory Specialist is responsible for checking verified inbound POs, and making corrections to any lines not received with the correct quantity. This will ensure that all channels will receive the expected inventory levels, and that complete POs are closed and billable.

Key Responsibilities:
•Inbound Correction
•Check the reporting to identify newest inbound POs that require corrections.
•Make any needed corrections in SAP and confirm results.
•Work on historical/backlogged POs needing corrections.
•Prioritize corrections based on specific requests by the business.
•Process stock transfers as required to facilitate needed corrections.
•Log and communicate any POs that are unable to be corrected.
•Other duties as required by IC Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and others.
•Strong comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and act on written instructions, technical documentation, and inventory-related communications.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in conveying information to diverse audiences across functional teams.
•Proven organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
•Technological proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) to support data analysis and reporting.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Related experience in a footwear/apparel manufacturing or distribution facility preferred.
