Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial market share
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and key vendor partners
Act as the liaison between the customer, internal branches, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Provide exceptional service and build brand recognition through every customer interaction
Support and coach internal colleagues by sharing industry insights and best practices
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in the electrical, construction, or industrial sector
A proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confident negotiation and strategic thinking abilities
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
