Industrial Batcher

Responsibilities
oCleaning containers, general mixing area, mixers and filling stations for production batches
oDisposing of cabin powder
oGeneral cleaning and housekeeping of your area at all times
oPreparing batches by weighing and adding the ingredients to the container according to the mix sheet
oFamiliarity with source identification numbers and product descriptions used in batch making to ensure proper materials are being used to make batch corrections as required
oProper operation and interpretation of all scales used in batch weighing


Qualifications
oMachine operator experience (Minimum 3 years) required.
oBatching experience considered an asset
oAble to lift 40+ pounds
oStrong mathematic skills
oFamiliarity with source identification numbers and product descriptions used in batch making to ensure proper materials are being used to make batch corrections as required
oOperating the tow motor and lift truck
oProper operation and interpretation of all scales used in batch weighing
oExperience operating a forklift considered an asset
