In this vital position within the manufacturing and logistics team, you will ensure plant operations run safely and efficiently by maintaining high sanitation standards throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized industrial cleaning and sanitation equipment across active production zones.
- Keep plant walkways, working areas, and floors clear of debris, waste, and physical hazards.
- Navigate multi-level plant structures, frequently utilizing steps and elevated platform stairs throughout the shift.
- Perform physical material handling, manually lifting scrap rubber, waste containers, and supplies up to 55 lbs as needed.
- Perform routine equipment safety checks to maintain an optimal working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven background in industrial cleaning, facility sanitation, or heavy manufacturing/production environments.
- Physical capability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Excellent mobility and comfort navigating elevated platforms, stairs, and multi-level structures regularly.
- Full availability to work a fixed Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset in a diverse workplace.
