Pay - $42-45+
Shift - Straight Afternoons 3:30pm-12am

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems supporting automated production equipment
Diagnose electrical, control, and instrumentation faults on PLC-controlled machinery
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of production equipment
Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and safety circuits
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams on breakdowns and improvement projects
Ensure all work complies with ESA, CSA, and OH&S regulations
Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records (CMMS)
Qualifications
Valid 442A Industrial Electrician License (Ontario) – required
Experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging, plastics, extrusion, food & beverage, or high-speed automation preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, controls, and automation systems
Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), HMIs, VFDs, and industrial controls
Familiarity with high-speed packaging or converting equipment is a strong asset
Comfortable working in a team-based, production-driven environment
Ability to work shifts and respond to breakdowns as required
