Location: Bowmanville
Shift: Days 7:00am - 3:00 pm M-F + occasional on call
Overtime available
Ticketed Electrical license - 442a
Payrate: $45-50

Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems (including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and motors)
- Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams to resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of plant assets
- Assist in developing and refining predictive and preventive maintenance programs
- Act as a technical mentor to junior technicians and apprentices
- Maintain meticulous maintenance logs, records, and documentation
- Oversee parts inventory management, including sourcing, ordering, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Uphold and champion a culture of safety, ensuring full compliance with company policies and health standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance
- 442a Industrial Electrician
- You have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, autonomously
- PC computer skills, and SAP experience is required
- Calm, cool and collected under pressure
