We are seeking a versatile Industrial Electrician—ranging from a 2nd or 3rd-year Apprentice to a seasoned Journeyman—to join our specialized construction team.
This role is less about sitting in a shop and more about high-energy field execution. We hire for character first: you must be Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
...
If you are a team player who values Respect Above All and thrives in a non-union, "all-hands-on-deck" environment, we want to talk to you.
We are looking for a "character-first" professional. Whether you are a junior apprentice or a journeyman, you must be prepared to "slow down" to ensure quality and safety are never sacrificed for speed.
You should be comfortable in a versatile, non-union role where helping the rest of the crew is part of the daily rhythm.
Advantages
Wage: Early $40s/hour for JMAN (wage dependent on experience level).
Project Bonuses: Earn a bonus on every project completed.
Incentives: Additional incentives for efficiency and project milestones.
Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package.
Stability: Full-time, ongoing position with no "slow seasons."
Growth: Opportunity to work on major industrial sites, including Suncor-level and industrial agriculture projects.
Responsibilities
Electrical Installation: Assist in or lead the wiring and electrical setup of custom-engineered fabric and steel structures.
System Support: Work on electrical components for ventilation, lighting, and specialized conveyor equipment.
Field Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Installer to ensure total project success and quality.
Safety Excellence: Take ownership of your own on-boarding and strictly adhere to HSE requirements on every site.
Weather Resilience: Perform high-quality electrical work outdoors in all weather conditions, including working at heights.
Qualifications
Certification: Registered 2nd Year, 3rd Year, or Journeyman Electrician.
Environment: Must be 100% comfortable working at heights and in extreme outdoor conditions.
Travel: Ability to travel project-to-project (approx. 20 weekdays per month).
US Readiness: Must qualify for US entry (80% Canada / 20% US travel split). Dual citizenship is a major asset.
Compliance: Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
