Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical problems efficiently and effectively.
Perform scheduled maintenance, lubrication, and part replacements to optimize manufacturing output.
Install, set up, and relocate equipment, making suggestions to optimize internal processes and improve workflow.
Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Keep accurate maintenance and repair records for all tasks.
Work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
Qualifications
6+ years of maintenance experience in a baking or food manufacturing environment (a must).
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Experience with metal fabrication and machining processes is an asset.
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively lead a team.
