Vacation - 2 weeks
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair production equipment such as conveyors, ovens, mixers, and packaging lines to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, operators, and supervisors to coordinate repairs and support continuous improvement.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Follow safety protocols and food safety standards, maintaining accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
Qualifications
433A Industrial Millwright
3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably food / bakery manufacturing experience
Mechanical Preventative Maintenance & Troubleshooting/Repairs
Ability to diagnose issues under pressure, communicate clearly with production teams, and document repairs
Experience in a facility with automated machinery is a plus!
Familiarity with food industry regulations (like GMPs, HACCP, or SQF) and working in sanitary environments is a big plus!
