Bonus Program: Earn between $250-$500 per month, paid out quarterly, based on company production goals.

Responsibilities
- Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Apply paint using a spray gun, brushes, or rollers according to project specifications.
- Complete prep work for upcoming jobs during paint drying times.
- Clean and maintain your work area and equipment regularly.
- Manage paint inventory based on upcoming job requirements.
- Notify the supervisor of any potential issues with materials or equipment.
- Operate tools and equipment following all established safety procedures.
- Follow all company health and safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned during paint drying times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of five years of experience
Proven ability to mix paint and accurately match colors.
Knowledge of industry equipment, materials, practices, and safety precautions.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
