Straight shifts: Day, afternoon, and night

Centrally located in Cambridge

$22-31/hour depending in experience

Responsibilities
Surface Preparation & Conditioning: Clean, sand, and repair component imperfections to ensure optimal readiness for protective coatings.

Paint Mixing & Precision Coating: Formulate exact paint mixtures according to specifications and operate spray guns to apply uniform finishes.

Booth Setup & Equipment Care: Prepare paint booths for incoming jobs while inspecting and maintaining equipment for operational reliability.

Quality Control & Team Coaching: Inspect finished surfaces against strict warranty standards while guiding junior painters on proper booth operation.

Safety & 5S Workspace Standards: Uphold health and safety regulations, adhere to company policies, and execute daily 5S housekeeping.

Qualifications
1+ years expeirence as an industrial painter

Excellent communication skills written & verbal

Safety and quality focused
