What You Need to Know
• Position Type: Temp-to-Perm opportunity with strong potential for permanent transition.
• Location: Langley, BC (Transit accessibility is limited; candidates who are able to drive will be given priority).
• Pay Rate: Starting $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Schedule: 6:15 AM to 2:35 PM, Monday to Friday then swtich to an afternoon position, looking for a flexible candidate.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload manufactured products and components from paint carts before and after the painting process.
• Safely move and position products and components throughout the production and paint process at our British Columbia facility.
• Assemble products and related components using an overhead crane and other appropriate handling equipment.
• Ensure products are properly oriented and positioned according to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production requirements.
• Inspect products during handling to ensure they are properly positioned and ready for final touch-ups using sanding blocks, paintbrushes, or aerosol spray.
• Follow all SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience using palm sanders, 5-inch hand grinders/sanders, pry bars, hammers, and electric hand drills.
• Overhead crane experience is preferred; candidates with solid forklift experience who are willing to train on an overhead crane will also be considered.
• Required to provide CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots. Required to maintain a clean shave to ensure proper fit-testing for task-specific half-mask respirators when required.
• Willingness to complete an online WHMIS course provided through the company's online training portal.
• Flexibility to work initial morning hours in Langley, BC before transitioning to the afternoon shift.
• Mechanically inclined, comfortable around heavy industrial equipment, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized team environment.
