As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will be a vital part of a small, specialized team working on diverse and large-scale custom projects. This isn't an automated assembly line; we are seeking a Industrial Spray Painter who understands the nuances of custom work and takes pride in a high-quality finish.

Shift: Monday to Friday: 7am to 3.30pm
Pay: $20/hour

Responsibilities
What the Industrial Spray Painter will do:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and masking as required for custom specifications
• Operate and maintain industrial spray painting equipment to apply finishes to large-scale project components
• Mix paints and coatings to specific colors and consistencies required for each custom job
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the high-quality standards of the shop and the client
• Perform repetitive painting tasks with a high level of consistency and precision
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all environmental and safety protocols
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure project timelines are met for large-scale industrial deliverables
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on spray guns and booths.
Qualifications
What are we looking for:
• Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or in a similar coating role
• Proficiency in using various spray painting tools and industrial finishing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality custom work
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
• Physical stamina to handle large projects and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift
• Strong organizational skills to manage materials and maintain a tidy workstation.
