• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily staff technology needs, equipment requirements, and software inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for hardware, software, and enterprise systems using diagnostic tools and research methods.
• Install, support, and monitor Local Area Network infrastructure to guarantee system availability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, analyze technical problems, and assist management with purchasing recommendations.
• Configure, test, and deploy new computer equipment and applications while delivering effective training to end users.
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute essential network security protocols and data safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment databases and handle sensitive and confidential technical documents with complete discretion.
Qualifications
• Professional certification in a technical discipline with three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent background.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft software, cloud platforms, and structured technical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong competency with network systems, internet protocols, software applications, and computer equipment management.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining client confidentiality.
