Job Title: Injection Molding Technician
Location: Calgary (Transit Accessible)
Shift: Flexible start times between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM (Training shift: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $23

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Morgan press injection molding machines (training provided)
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and process issues
Perform crimping, soldering, and terminating when not working on molding tasks
Conduct quality control checks and parts analysis to ensure product meets specifications
Read and interpret manufacturing schematics and P&IDs
Maintain accurate documentation and work with basic computer systems for production tracking
Participate in a flexible and collaborative production environment with ongoing cross-training
Qualifications
Experience in injection molding is an asset (especially with Morgan press), but not required
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Good English reading and communication skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on, changing manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand technical schematics and specifications
Open to applicants with international experience
Must be comfortable working both independently and in a team
