Responsibilities
Act as the primary internal contact for all sales inquiries, preparing and following up on accurate quotes for parts, components, and smaller systems.
Provide technical design support to the outside sales team by reviewing project specifications, reading technical drawings (P&IDs, layouts), and helping select appropriate equipment.
Manage the full project lifecycle post-sale, including coordinating with vendors, managing all project documentation (submittals, drawings), and acting as the main liaison between clients, engineering, and shop/field teams.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in a related role (e.g., Inside Sales, Project Coordinator, Applications Engineer, or Junior Project Manager).
Must have demonstrated experience reading and interpreting technical drawings/specifications (P&IDs) and preparing customer quotes.
Post-secondary education in an engineering discipline (e.g., Engineering Technology Diploma - CET, or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering degree).
Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, or process-related industry is required (water treatment or chemical industry experience is a major asset).
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
