Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and develop new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with both cold and warm leads.
- Handle order intake and processing, working closely with the production team to ensure orders for printing and wrapping cans are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating about new products, order status, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the accounting and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, from initial sale to final delivery.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally by providing clear solutions and maintaining detailed communication records.
- Keep accurate sales records and assist with administrative duties, including generating sales reports and tracking key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an inside sales with references or a related client-facing role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Experience with US and Canadian sales is considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle difficult client conversations with professionalism and tact.
- A strong sense of accountability and the ability to make confident decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Experience with an ERP system, such as Odoo, is considered a strong asset.
