You'll be the primary point of contact for our client's customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient order process from start to finish. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including managing orders, providing customer support, and coordinating with various internal and external teams. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
• Order and Quote Management: Process and enter quotes and orders accurately into Sage 300, ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the main contact for customers, answering phone calls and emails. Provide updates on lead times, freight, and delivery progress, while handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Logistics Coordination: Communicate with shipping and freight companies to coordinate deliveries and request rates.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with the Manufacturing Department to confirm production lead times and with other internal teams to request pricing.
• Project Management: Enter and track all projects in Monday.com.
• Administrative Support: Assist with order confirmations, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
