In this pivotal sales and customer care role, you will act as a strategic business partner, managing the growth and maintenance of critical sales accounts while providing expert technical solutions for complex industrial needs. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on independently prospecting new business opportunities while expertly managing an existing portfolio. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans for your geographic territory, ensuring you meet and exceed monthly quotas and margin requirements.

Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales quotas and margin requirements.
• Independently prospect for new business opportunities to expand the company's market footprint.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-value accounts through proactive customer care.
• Develop and execute a detailed sales and marketing plan for your assigned geographic territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of a client's organization.
• Respond to and resolve complex customer service issues with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
• Provide technical information regarding value-added processing capabilities, including laser, plasma, and water-jet cutting.
• Promote specialized products such as valve automation and engineered fluid transfer solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally within the Steel Service Industry.
• Post-secondary education in business marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong background in sales within the food, chemical, or steel fabrication sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet margin requirements and drive revenue growth.
• Must be able to work in person at the Hamilton, Ontario location.
