Qualifications
Previous experience in an Inside Sales Representative, business development, or proactive B2B customer service role is required.
Demonstrable experience with proactive client outreach, cold calling, and managing a client portfolio.
Experience in the mechanical wholesale, HVAC, air filtration, or a related industrial/technical industry is a significant asset.
Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or data sheets, or a strong willingness to learn.
Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset but not mandatory.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be able to work full-time, on-site in the Mississauga office.
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
