As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in daily sales operations, managing incoming client requests, preparing accurate price quotes, processing orders, and checking delivery statuses for clients in sectors like tool manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace. Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B client inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate pricing, quotes, and order entries using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and communicate order statuses, inventory updates, and delivery timelines to clients.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, saw operators, and shop managers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Manage client relations with mould makers and manufacturing clients in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
• Provide excellent client service to maintain long-term business relationships and foster repeat sales opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, order processing, or B2B customer support.
• Prior experience in the steel, metals, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
