Responsibilities
• Execute outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social prospecting activities to connect with key B2B decision-makers.

• Manage the initial stages of the inside sales process and schedule qualified product discovery sessions or demonstrations for account executives.
• Conduct preliminary business needs assessments to present relevant technology software and hardware solutions to potential clients.
• Maintain precise and structured activity logs, lead statuses, and contact information within the corporate CRM platform.
• Meet or exceed key activity performance indicators, including daily call volumes, email outreach targets, and qualified sales lead handoffs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach scripts, target prospect lists, and campaign messaging.
• Stay informed on current technology industry trends, market developments, and competitive product offerings.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative, or B2B outreach specialist, ideally within tech.

• Hands-on proficiency using enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
