As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical specifications and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing projects from the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA), ensuring all tenders are monitored and project information is accurately entered into our proprietary systems. Whether you are providing pricing for bid and spec projects or collaborating with different divisions to ensure material accuracy, your work directly impacts the success of large-scale mechanical and industrial projects across the Prairie region.

Responsibilities
• Service customers in an accurate and timely manner to maintain the high standards of our manufacturing & logistics operations.
• Provide comprehensive support to outside sales personnel and handle assigned files and overseeing the lifecycle from initial quote to final delivery.
• Prepare final quotes for bid and spec projects, ensuring accuracy before review with the Division Manager.
• Generate detailed document packages for all assigned projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist walk-in and cash customers as needed, representing the brand with excellence.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure all project materials are accounted for without overlap.
• Participate in supplier-supported training and stay updated on industrial and mechanical product innovations.
• Attend divisional meetings and customer events, such as open houses or sporting events, to build rapport.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales or high-level customer service within an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in-office in Winnipeg (accessible by public transport with provided parking).
• Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside of standard hours to meet project expectations.
• A positive attitude and a track record of exemplary attendance and reliability.
• Business casual dress code readiness for occasional client-facing interactions.
