Advantages
$50,000 – $55,000 base salary depending on industry experience and skill set.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with zero overtime required.

Work directly alongside a veteran team with decades of industry expertise, receiving hands-on mentorship from the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming orders and quote requests via phone and email.
Access internal ERP systems to quickly provide clients with accurate product details, pricing, stock availability, and vendor information.
Consult with customers to understand their specific growing needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and product-specific regulations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing, recurring commercial accounts across North America.
Track outstanding customer orders from entry to final delivery, ensuring smooth fulfillment timelines.
Proactively contact clients to arrange revised delivery schedules in the event of order delays or backorders.
Run and review daily order tracking reports and requested delivery date summaries.
Participate actively in team meetings to align on operational priorities and seasonal demand shifts.
Maintain, clean, and update store product displays and showroom showcases for walk-in clients.
Provide backup support at the front counter when needed
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order desk, or commercial distribution.
Industry Background (Major Asset): Education in horticulture, or practical hands-on experience in the greenhouse, agriculture, nursery, or retail garden center sectors, is highly desirable.
Soft Skills & Mindset: Excellent relationship-building ability with a courteous, consultative sales approach (no call-center or aggressive cold-calling background required).
ERP & Technical Aptitude: Strong capability to navigate ERP software; prior experience with Omni ERP, WMS platforms, or RF scanners is considered a strong asset.
Digital Literacy: Practical proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Career Drive: A strong desire to learn, collaborate as a team player, and eventually advance into senior or outside sales roles.
