Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting support with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
- Complete historical bank reconciliations to ensure all transactional items are updated and balanced
- Assist with billing and invoicing functions to maintain current and precise financial accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain and support core daily functions within accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other operational workflows
- Prepare accurate financial document packages to support audits and review engagements when required
- Partner closely with remote finance team members to optimize day-to-day operations and processes
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in a dynamic service environment
- Proven hands-on experience handling high-volume accounts, billing, and full-cycle reconciliations
- Ability to work independently on-site while communicating effectively with on-site and an off-site corporate finance team
- Strong problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and accountability for assigned workflows
- A CPA designation or progress toward one is considered an asset, but practical corporate accounting experience is highly valued
