Business Analysis: Apply core BA concepts to document, refine, and validate business requirements for electronic health-related projects.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze healthcare information data flows and clinical software systems to ensure effective data exchange and system interoperability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with diverse customers and stakeholders, focusing on responding to queries, managing issues/risks, and building consensus in a matrix environment.
Project Coordination: Collaborate across teams to coordinate tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure all participants work together effectively to meet project milestones.
Deployment Support: Assist with health system business implementation and deployment projects, aligning with provincial support models.
Qualifications
Experience: 4–5 years of business analyst experience within electronic health-related projects, specifically with clinical software systems.
BA Fundamentals: 2–3 years of demonstrated experience with standard business analyst concepts and methodologies.
Healthcare Domain: 2–3 years of experience with healthcare information systems and complex data workflows.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Matrix Management: Proven experience managing projects or programs within complex, matrix organizational environments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to lead presentations and facilitate conflict resolution.
Public Sector: Experience with provincial support models and requirements gathering is considered a strong asset.
