Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager/Leader for a 6 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.
Rate: $499.29 - $543.98

Responsibilities
• Reviewing regional hospital balance plan initiatives that do not meet the definition of low risk.
• Providing feedback and guidance on solutioning and improvement opportunities for specified initiatives.
• Providing advice to the Agency and MOH on feasibility of regional balance plan implementation and interventions.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• 5+ years Experience in managing projects in healthcare sector
• 5+ years Strong stakeholder management, planning and resource management skills
• 5+ years Proven ability to manage competing priorities, organize inputs from multiple stakeholders, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• 5+ years Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
• 5+ years Collaboration, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everybody works together effectively, this also involves conflict resolution
• 5+ years Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing program strategy development from inception through to project close-out
• 5+ years Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationship and build agreement with high-level internal and external stakeholders
• 5+ years Demonstrated experience understanding and articulating executive expectations and translating into program deliverables
Public Sector Experience: Nice to Have – Healthcare is a must
