Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for SharePoint 2016 and Online environments.
• Execute migration activities including planning, designing, and testing for the move to the cloud.
• Troubleshoot site and application issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Perform routine maintenance such as software updates and system configurations.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides to assist staff and end-users.
• Design solutions using out-of-the-box components and third-party tools like Nintex.
• Validate data and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure system quality.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science combined with relevant professional experience.
• Two years of experience as a Site Collection Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Proven background in supporting Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience with ShareGate for migration and management tasks.
• Ability to use PowerShell for managing Farm, Application, and Site Collection features.
