Responsibilities
Application Development: Translate technical specifications into working code, developing detailed programming specifications and conducting rigorous unit tests.
Siebel Configuration: Lead technical configuration and integration activities using Siebel Tools and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Integration & Testing: Develop and test integrations between Siebel CRM and external systems such as Adobe AEM and J2EE environments.
Open UI Enhancement: Utilize Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods, including PM, PR, and Manifest file mapping to customize the user experience.
Reporting & Data: Design and develop dynamic reports and dashboards using OBIEE and PowerBI.
Troubleshooting: Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical problems arising during the operation of CRM software packages, including post-implementation support.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals throughout the SDLC, participating in design walkthroughs and documenting all technical processes.
Qualifications
Siebel Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration.
Integration Experience: 3+ years of experience developing and testing integrations with Adobe AEM or J2EE.
Frontend Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript for Open UI customization.
Reporting Tools: Demonstrated experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
Technical Toolkit: Mastery of Siebel Tools and experience with Siebel Test Automation is a strong asset.
Methodology: Strong understanding of structured SDLC methodologies and Rapid Application Development (RAD).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to stakeholders.
