Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications into functional, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, write code, and perform unit testing.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during software use and operation.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Design, code, test, debug, and document applications following structured methodologies.
- Assist in data implementation, conversion, and migration efforts.
- Document and elicit information from various business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure fundamentals, C#, .NET framework, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience in creating accessible applications and a strong understanding of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
- Solid experience in data migration.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for maintaining and enhancing SharePoint applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in structured methodologies for application development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the public sector is considered a strong asset.
