Responsibilities
- Application Development: Translate technical specifications into working applications by developing detailed programming specifications and writing/generating high-quality code.
- Testing & Maintenance: Compile data-driven programs, maintain existing codebases, and conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure system stability.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues arising during software operation, including providing assistance during conversions and migrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals and diverse stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure project goals are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive user and system documentation, and participate in design walkthrough sessions with project teams.
- Optimization: Perform impact assessments on application customizations and engage in SQL tuning to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Siebel Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration.
- Testing Experience: Proven experience in Oracle Siebel CRM testing is mandatory.
- Modern Siebel Versions: Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, focusing on configuration and testing.
- Integration: 3+ years of experience developing and testing Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other platforms.
- Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Open UI: Working knowledge of Open UI concepts (PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Siebel Public Sector modules (CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, etc.).
- Experience with Transfer Payments.
- Familiarity with OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
