Responsibilities
Lead functional and technical aspects of solution development, including custom application design, interface architectures, and system configuration.
Develop work management technical strategies, architectural frameworks, and key architectural design decision documents across business processes.
Architect, configure, and refine enterprise application platforms—focusing on asset management, work order lifecycles, preventive/corrective maintenance, scripting, and reporting.
Guide cloud transformation strategies leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), software-defined infrastructure, and hybrid cloud models.
Oversee data conversion and migration strategies, including technical specifications, data mapping, and legacy system transitions.
Evaluate and validate technical solutions provided by external vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and operational objectives.
Recommending operational and procedural optimizations, participating in root-cause analysis reviews for technical incidents.
Support functional test case development, unit testing, integration testing, and release readiness activities.
Facilitate change management, business process mapping, and technical advisory support across divisional business units.
Qualifications
Solution Architecture Seniority: 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical leadership within complex technological environments (Strictly Required).
IBM Maximo Expertise: Extensive experience with the IBM Maximo suite, specifically versions 7.6 and working knowledge of MAS 9.1/7.6.1.2 upgrades, configurations, scripting, and module management (Strictly Required).
Cloud Transformation & IaC: Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide cloud transformations with working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and public/private cloud adoption (Strictly Required).
Technical Consulting & Work Order Lifecycles: Proven experience in a technical advisory or consulting role, documenting functional/technical designs across work order management and asset lifecycles (Strictly Required).
ERP & Integration Expertise: Extensive experience integrating asset management platforms with core enterprise ERP systems and custom interfaces (Strictly Required).
Process & Stakeholder Controls: Strong capability in process management, risk mitigation, and executive-level technical communication.
