Our client is looking for an Intermediate Systems Analyst for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
• Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.
• Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency.
Qualifications
Must have:
• Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries’ government services (must have)
• Experience creating Wireframes, Use Cases, User Stories, and produce business and technical documentation and agreements (must have)
• Hands-on intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management (must have)
• Extensive experience with updating Wireframes based on BRD (must have)
• Experience with Google Analytics and Crystal reports (must have)
• Experience in prepare and carry out deployments and managing environments (must have)
• Produce Technical and Application Design Document (must have)
• Post-Implementation support (must have)
• Experience with Figma and DevOPS (must have)
• Experience with SOA applications in a J2EE portal environment
• Experience with Driver, Vehicle services in ServiceOntario web portal
