Responsibilities
• Develop roadmaps, strategies, SOPs, and training plans to support digital adoption
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to gather and translate requirements
• Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics, and provide analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Design and deliver end-user training and create engaging user documentation
• Coordinate proof-of-concept and pilot rollouts for new productivity tools and features
• Support change management, community engagement, and feedback collection
• Collaborate with IT and project managers to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and 4 years of Project Coordinator experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and 6 years of Project Coordinator experience; OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and 7 years of Project Coordinator experience; OR 8 years of Project Coordinator experience
• 3 years of experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment
• 3 years of experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects in an enterprise level environment
• 3 years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
• 3 years of experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements
• 3 years of experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments
• 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with deep expertise in its user-facing apps.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business area clients to build solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes
Desirable
• 3 years of experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced
• 3 years of experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.)
• 3 years of experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects
• 3 years of experience working on projects with changing priorities, timelines, or requirements
• 3 years of experience working within an agile development environment
