Responsibilities
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Bridge communication between vendors, ministries, and technical teams
• Prepare business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and specifications
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and regression testing while managing defect resolution
• Track risks, escalate issues, and support the development of mitigation plans
• Maintain ongoing project documentation including deliverables, timelines, and communication logs
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience translating business needs into technical requirements in enterprise IT
• Proven ability to develop integrated technical design specifications for complex systems
• Strong track record facilitating business process development and re-engineering
• Experienced in gathering input from diverse stakeholders across departments
• Exceptional communication skills with experience creating strategic and technical documentation
