Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management
software.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile any
discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal
stock levels.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely receipt and
distribution of inventory.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control
procedures.
Investigate and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other
relevant metrics.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast future inventory needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding
inventory management.
Qualifications
• 2+ years’ warehouse and inventory experience.
• Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes and procedures.
• Forklift Operator Experienced
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are
met in a fast-paced environment. Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Exhibits sound judgment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
