Inventory Clerk/Administration Role - Paris

This is a critical short-term role (approximately 2–3 weeks) designed to support an inventory consolidation project. You will assist with system transactions, order fulfillment, and physical stock verification during a high-volume warehouse transition.
Advantages
-$24-$25 per hour
-Monday start date
-2-3 weeks with possible extension
-Half hour lunch with two 10 minute breaks
-Monday to Friday
-7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm slightly flexible start time can be discussed
-Occasional overtime based on business needs
-Business casual office
Responsibilities
-Inventory Administration: Process receiving transactions in the Printstream ERP system, assign stock locations, and input data accurately.
-Order Fulfillment: Release and print orders for the kitting and fulfillment teams based on daily email priorities.
-Stock Verification: Perform cycle counts and physical counts of incoming product to verify quantities against system data.
-Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate daily with Project Managers and the Kitting Manager to provide status updates on orders and backordered items.
-Warehouse Coordination: Label received products and communicate with material handlers to ensure efficient product movement.
-Floor Support: Walk the warehouse floor to check order statuses and verify inventory locations.
Qualifications
-Minimum of a High School Diploma
-Prior experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment is preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic office software; experience with ERP systems is a significant asset (training on Printstream will be provided)
-Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear mandatory PPE, including steel-toed boots/shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
-Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills
-ability to thrive in a moderate-to-high-pace environment
-Steel toe boots or shoes are required and not provided by the company
-License (Asset): A valid forklift license is considered a major advantage
