Responsibilities
• Execute regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data integrity
• Maintain inventory management systems with precise, up-to-date information
• Investigate and resolve stock issues, including damaged, misplaced, or missing items
• Support the preparation and execution of audits, physical inventory counts, and returns
• Analyze and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize operational productivity
• Generate velocity reports and strategically assign locations for new product arrivals
• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure rigorous standards for storage and material handling
• Perform additional operational duties as required to support the team
Qualifications
• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control is preferred, but not required
• Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
• Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and best practices
• Comfort working in a cold-storage environment
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing 30+ lbs
• Physical stamina to manage repetitive movements and manual labor throughout a full shift
• Proven time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
• Steel-toed shoes required for safety.
• Comfortable working in cold, freezer, and wet environments
