Responsibilities
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records and track all material movements within the facility.
- Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels across 5,000+ items to identify shortages, excess, or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials for daily operations.
- Oversee proper storage, labeling, and organization of products on the warehouse floor.
- Lead and manage the full year-end inventory count process, including scheduling and execution..
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing updates, and delivery timelines.
- Verify and reconcile purchase orders against invoices and receiving documents.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or business management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies and vendor issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal departments, brokers, and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and lead specific tasks with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices.
