Responsibilities
1 State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.
1. Inside Inventory & Shipping Support assistant with overall responsibility for ensuring customer and Sales team members are supported through all facets of pre- and post sales activities.
2. With a focus around the Inventory & Shipping Support of Wireless Mobile Machine control systems.
3. This role will be based in Port Coquitlam, BC Canada
2 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Work with Shipping to ensure an accurate inventory count.
2. Work with Shipping to identify and bar code inventory.
3. Work with Shipping to prioritize expedited orders and manage expedite process.
4. Work with Finance/Applications/Engineering and the EMS supplier to clear roadblocks in order to ensure timely shipments ship on time
Qualifications
1. Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
2. The ability to count higher than just using 10 fingers.
3. Some level of Excel, Word, ERP (Syteline) skills.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Excellent customer communication skills, must get along well with people and be very organized.
6. Ability to work efficiently as a team member.
7. Ability to grasp new tasks and concepts quickly.
8. Strong work ethic.
