Location: Oshawa Distribution Center
Reports To: Logistics & Planning Manager
Salary 24$ hourly
Shifts Available:
Day Shift (Weekdays: Mon–Thurs): 4 days × 10.5 hours = 42 hours
Day Shift (Weekend: Fri–Sun): 3 days × 10.5 hours = 31.5 hours

The Inventory Coordinator supports the Logistics & Planning Manager with day-to-day inventory operations to ensure product availability and accurate tracking. This role involves managing stock levels, handling returns and product downgrades, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and alert manager of any shortages.
Process product replenishments from third-party suppliers.
Handle shipment issues and discrepancies.
Manage downgrade/scrap transactions in SAP and coordinate with the plant team.
Process and follow up on customer returns.
Block expired products from being shipped.
Investigate inventory issues such as shrinkage, returns, and cycle counts by working with Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
Qualifications
3–5 years of inventory coordination or analysis experience.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
Team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
