As the Inventory Supervisor, you will be the central point of leadership for the inventory team. Your primary mission is to oversee and guarantee the integrity of all stock, from raw materials to finished goods, across multiple manufacturing and warehousing locations. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the meticulous counting, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory. This position is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, preventing disruptions, and ensuring that production and sales teams have what they need, when they need it.
Please note this role is Monday to Friday in office with your own transportation required to get to their North East Winnipeg location (not transit accessible). Quarterly travel to the US will be required.

Responsibilities
Your role extends beyond simple counting; you will be responsible for upholding and improving inventory procedures, ensuring compliance with all internal audit standards, and championing safety protocols within your department. The Inventory Supervisor will closely monitor stock levels, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and analyze inventory data to identify risks, such as obsolete or slow-moving stock. Collaborating closely with purchasing, operations, and logistics, you will be instrumental in maintaining optimal inventory availability and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing & Logistics framework.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in inventory management or stock control
-Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong asset
-Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
-Proven experience with inventory control systems (ERP/WMS); SAP Business One experience is a significant asset
-Advanced computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Team mindset and collaborative attitude
-Ability to travel quarterly to the US
-Clear criminal back check required
