We are working with a growing organization within the financial services sector. This company is looking for an eager individual to join their team as an Investment Administrator. The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding customer service, have experience with meticulous data management, direct experience in an investment administration capacity, and a proven track record of supporting financial advisors or brokers. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a very strong aptitude for attention to detail and time management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient processing of various tasks related to investment applications, transactions, and client inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Processing and handling transfer of electronic and paper investment applications, NIGO notices, and trades
- Using internal systems to set up new clients and accounts, ensuring accuracy in relevant documents
- Acting as a prompt liaison between advisors, assistants, and relevant financial institutions/product providers
- Addressing questions, concerns, and follow-ups on processing-related documents
- Handling incoming calls through reception and directing them to the appropriate department/team member as required
- Overseeing the management and verification of transaction data to initiate commission payments, verifying payment details and contractual agreements and expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma and/or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrable experience working in an investment administration role, directly supporting financial advisors or brokers
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite
- Proven experience in customer service and processing-related tasks within an investment context
- Familiarity with back-office investment systems, particularly WealthServ, is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
