Responsibilities
• Provide immediate, high-priority technical support for C-Suite executives and their administrative partners.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of executive devices including Windows laptops, Mac OS devices, and mobile hardware.
• Act as a technical liaison during confidential meetings to resolve equipment or connectivity issues quietly and quickly.
• Train senior leaders on new productivity tools and AI applications to automate routine executive tasks.
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants to schedule hardware upgrades and software updates with minimal disruption.
• Oversee the functionality of executive boardroom technology including Cisco, Logitech, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive executive information and high-value documents.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience providing VIP or white-glove IT support within a corporate environment.
• Expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite and a strong understanding of AI productivity tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be concise and direct.
• Proven ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to a strict business formal dress code.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as required by the executive schedule.
