Responsibilities
•Plan and execute IT General Controls (ITGC) audits
•Assess risks and update audit programs accordingly
•Test and evaluate control design and effectiveness (e.g., access, change management, operations)
•Collect, review, and analyze audit evidence
•Maintain clear and accurate documentation and working papers
•Support drafting audit observations, reports, and management letters
•Participate in audit planning and closing meetings
•Contribute to operational, compliance, financial, and IT audits in alignment with Institute of Internal Auditors standards
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of experience performing ITGC audits, including control testing and analysis
•Experience auditing applications, databases (SQL/Oracle), and operating systems (UNIX/Linux/Windows)
•Strong knowledge of key ITGC areas (e.g., logical access, change management, security, backup/recovery)
•Proven experience across the full audit lifecycle (planning, fieldwork, and reporting)
•Professional certification such as CISA certification, CIA certification, CISSP certification, or CPA designation
•Experience with audit tools (e.g., TeamMate/TeamMate+) and data analytics tools (e.g., IDEA) is an asset
•Exposure to cloud environments and AI-enabled audit tools is considered a strong plus
