Qualifications
1.10 years’ experience as a senior project manager in a healthcare setting developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.
2.5 years’ experience as a senior project manager leading the planning and implementation of the testing of the integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.
3.5 years’ experience as a project manager overseeing the implementation and deployment of network infrastructure, device deployment, account management and application implementation in support of healthcare facilities and hospitals.
4.5 years’ experience as a senior project manager leading the implementation of a healthcare information system to be deployed on a provincial or state-wide level. Experience must include developing operational and clinical requirements for the standardization of clinical services.
5.5 years’ experience delivering or managing organizational change management activities in a healthcare environment. Activities must include mentoring senior healthcare stakeholders, managing resistance with clinical stakeholders, and developing change management plans.
6.5 years’ experience assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and delivering training. The response must include at least 3 examples including the project title and duration of the project that total at least 5 years
