Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the Justice Digital Program by defining project objectives, scope, and guiding principles.
• Advise, coach, and lead product and platform teams throughout project lifecycles from discovery to production.
• Create and present options, frameworks, and briefing materials for senior executives regarding digital transformation.
• Compile program charters, business cases, and project plans with clear objectives and expected outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, project resources, and overarching project governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with project vendors to ensure effective communication and timely escalation of risks.
• Document and report project status against milestones, budgets, and resources while facilitating issue resolution.
Qualifications
• Eight years of experience working as a Senior Program Manager on large, complex, in-house IT modernization programs.
• Eight years of experience managing custom application development projects with at least five team members.
• Eight years of experience developing project deliverables including charters, briefing notes, and risk logs.
• University degree with four years of PM experience, a diploma with six years, a certificate with seven years, or eight total years of PM experience.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification issued by the Project Management Institute is highly desirable.
