Responsibilities
• Coordinate and lead IT projects supporting government reorganization initiatives
• Investigate, analyze, and manage IMT changes, including Active Directory and file system security
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations, meetings, and governance activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, charters, status reports, and deliverables
• Ensure projects align with scope, schedule, and GoA standards, escalating risks when necessary
• Support and communicate with vendors, ministries, and technical/business teams
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and report weekly status updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
• University degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in business, management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years leading technical teams in IT implementation projects within large enterprises
• At least 5 years defining project scope, deliverables, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Proven ability to develop project documentation, risk logs, and closure reports
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
