Responsibilities
• Support the planning and monitoring of system changes and release activities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Maintain project documentation including change logs, requirements, testing records, and decision logs.
• Coordinate testing cycles by developing test scripts and validating defects prior to system deployments.
• Provide functional support for the Case Management System by triaging and escalating technical issues.
• Conduct regular data validation and quality assurance reviews to ensure accurate program reporting.
• Manage digital content for program websites and online portals including the coordination of website updates.
• Communicate project updates and risks clearly to leadership and various governance groups.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in a project management role defining scope, goals, and deliverables like roadmaps and business cases.
• Proven track record of developing integrated plans and communicating progress to senior executives.
• Background in supporting and collaborating directly with internal business areas and external public stakeholders.
• Experience working with various software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project documents that adhere to legislative and audit requirements for content management.
