Responsibilities
•Own and maintain the IT Risk Register, ensuring risks are accurately documented, assessed, and updated
•Track and follow up on risk mitigation actions, including overdue and aging items
•Coordinate with risk owners, control owners, and delivery teams to ensure accountability and timely resolution
•Consolidate risk information into a single enterprise view across multiple teams and sources
•Produce risk reporting for governance forums and senior leadership, including trends and top risks
•Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for IT risk oversight
•Identify and highlight emerging risks, systemic issues, and control weaknesses
•Support risk governance activities such as escalation, exceptions, and interdependency tracking
Qualifications
•5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, GRC, audit, or IT controls within a complex enterprise or regulated environment
•Strong experience maintaining or managing an IT Risk Register
•Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to track and resolve risk mitigation actions
•Experience delivering risk reporting and presentations to senior leadership and governance forums
•3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboards, data modelling, and DAX measures
•Experience with GRC or risk tools such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, SharePoint, Excel-based registers, or similar platforms
•Strong understanding of IT risk management principles, frameworks, and lifecycle practices
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up skills
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a governance-driven environment
